Ensure that the email recipient, subject, and content or body of your email is filled in before dropping your embedded code because that would lead to the recipients being confused. You can either use one of the email services that you prefer to send your embedded Microsoft Form through.

How do I edit a custom form in Outlook?
You can begin a custom form by modifying one of the default forms that are shown in the first step. You are ready to use the design view to open that form. Click the Developer tab and then click the Design A Form in the Custom Forms group to do it.
In Outlook 2007, choose Forms from the Tools menu and then choose Design A Form. The right library is shown in Figure A, which is the default library. Click Open if you don't see anything after selecting Contact. The default form in the design view will be opened by Outlook.

To open the Choose Form dialog box, you have to choose the Tools menu from the top of the Outlook screen, point to Forms and click Choose Form.
Go to the form and change it.

Does Outlook have a form feature?
You can open forms from the Tools | Forms menu in Outlook 2007, but you have to go to the main Outlook window.
Business cards, meeting requests, appointments, and email messages are some of the features of Outlook Forms. The Standard Forms Library is where all of these forms are stored.
In design mode, the Contacts form is shown below. The old Outlook 2002 forms are what the Contact form looks like. If you don't change the first page, it will retain the look of Microsoft Outlook 2003 Contact forms and up when published.

I want them to be able to highlight or strike through text to show that a task is complete and then forward the form to someone else to complete the next task.
The form is already in use and has been working well for a while, but the usual Basic Text options in Outlook are greyed out.

How do I add a Microsoft form to an email?
When you send out a survey, quiz, or poll, you will want to make sure you get an email notification every time a response is submitted. If you want to send notifications to a custom email, you can use Microsoft Power Automate to create a Microsoft workflows that will perform that action.
It's not difficult to set email notifications in Microsoft Forms. Here is how you can do it.
You can enter the email address where you would like to receive the notification. This can be any email address; it does not have to be your Microsoft Office email. Go back to the Power Automatetab and paste the URL into the body of the email.
If you want to send responses to a different email address, you will need to set up a Microsoft Power Automate workflows. This is how you can do that. If you want to find it again in the future, you need to add a name for the flow.
Once you paste the URL, you will be able to easily add any Form to the page. There is a code in the form of a QR Code. This is a great option if you want to add a Scannable QR Code to your marketing materials.
