I have a small issue that I am not able to find a solution to, so I have added a logo to Documents in SF Classic, to use in an html template for when users need to create and send emails from Salesforce. The logo image is broken when I send an email.
I added the image to the shared documents folder, copied the long url and pasted it into my website. The first picture shows how it looks when sent to a gmail account and the second picture shows how it looks when sent to an account outlook. Everything else works. Thank you much!

Why do images not show up in emails?
If images are blocked by Outlook, a red x may show up in emails. If the images are dark, then click on them to see them in the email.
If you want to turn it on all the time, go to Tools> Options> Security Tab and under Download Images, choose the Block Image Box. The images in the body of the email will be helped by this.
Gmail website blocks email images until it is certain that the message is coming from a trusted source. You can allow images from certain senders if you click on " Always display images from...." at the top of their messages.
After you email the person at least twice, Gmail will add them to your trusted list.
The rest of the email clients do not support background images. We recommend you use a background color.

This results in larger emails since the images are included with the message, but there is no concern about locating the images since they came with the email.
