If you want to have broken bones in sims 4, which mod and CC would you use? Even though there isn't an official broken bones mod for The Sims 4, you can still use CC to fix the problem. There are custom content packs that can help you out.
Prosthetic arms and legs, wheelchairs, broken bones and more are available.
Why are there no cars in Sims 4?
I don't think the whole community doesn't want cars, it's the way The Sims 4 was designed that makes them obsolete now.
When you click your car to go somewhere, you will get a view of the map and not see your Sim drive to that destination, which is why we have loading screens.
Cars in The Sims 2 were not eye candy, that's for sure. There is a long way for cars to drive in The Sims 4 if they pulled out of the car and drove off in The Sims 2.
It would be easy for them to drive off, loading screen, drive into new hood and parking outside. I would rather not have that.
The Sims 4 still has content planned through 2021, but the game is 7 years old this year. It's kind of old for all intents and purposes.
That is not a bad thing, but it does mean that the developer may start focusing on other projects, like The Sims 5, instead of The Sims 4.
The Sims 4 was not designed to have usable cars - if it was, there would probably still be a taxi interaction that shows the vehicle picking up the Sim and driving away, similar to The Sims 2.
Both The Sims 2 and The Sims 3locked players had to live out their entire lives in one neighborhood. The Sims 3 allowed players to move neighborhoods, but their household wouldn't remember who they knew in their home neighborhood.
The Sims 4 could have been a great opportunity to redesign the taxi pickup of The Sims 2, but the developer chose not to do that.

Can you have a miscarriage on The Sims 4?
You can send your pregnant Sims to the hospital for an abortion with this option. The price for an abortion is one thousand dollars. The abortion interaction is only available when your Sim is in the first and second Trimester.
If your Sims have the "Hates Children" trait, your Sims will get a "feels guilty" or "feels Relieved" buff.
There are pregnant Sims in The Sims 2 and quadruplets in The Sims 4.
